How plans work
Every plan has the whole app: voice reports, quotes, treatment certificates, PDFs and sending to clients. Plans only differ in how many AI fills you get each month.
One AI fill is one job the AI does for you:
filling in the report and quote from what you said (each time you say "Stop Sayon" or tap Fill)
filling in the agreement or treatment record when you tap Say it instead
reading a compliance plate from a photo
checking a photo when you tap Analyze
Listening while you talk is free and never counts. A typical inspection uses about 10 to 20 AI fills.
If you run out, nothing is lost. Your notes stay in the report and you can keep typing it by hand. AI fills come back on the 1st of each month, and upgrading gives you the bigger number straight away.
Solo — $89/mo
About 40 inspections a month (800 AI fills). Suits a full-time solo inspector.
Team — $79 per inspector a month
2 to 9 inspectors. About 40 inspections a month each (800 AI fills per inspector), shared across the team.
Business — $69 per inspector a month
10 or more inspectors, billed yearly. About 40 inspections a month each, shared across the business.

Prices are monthly in Australian dollars, no GST. Cancel any time in Manage, and your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. The free trial is 14 days with 50 AI fills (about 3 to 5 inspections), and no card is needed. Paying opens in your browser; come back to SAYON afterwards and your plan shows here.
Business is billed yearly. On Team and Business everyone on your team takes an inspector place, you included. Adding places is charged straight away for the rest of what you've paid for, and only happens if the payment goes through. For fewer places, the unused part comes off your next bill.
